Great job. If im remember correct it should be taken ut at brake side.
That bump inte houising is probably from a broken drivechain.

Finally got the plug removed
The inner bearing was about to collapse too and had several balls missing....The transfer pinion is wrecked...
The outer race from the bearing is stuck in the housing and there is no lip to catch with bearing puller...Should I just burn it away with the welder as I don't have gas burner?

I got the bearing race out using some Irish ingenuity!!
I used the plug which fits behind the bearing, and was an exact fit, and pressed it out using an hydraulic jack..
Ignorance is the mother of invention..lol..
That's everything disassembled..just waiting on new parts to arrive from England..

I ordered the parts from Richard Gould, Hymac Parts and Service on 11th December and have, to date, received nothing...I emailed on 18th for a tracking number (no reply) and phoned that evening...He phoned back and said the stuff had been posted that day (18th Dec)..Still nothing.
I don't want to give bad feed back but he should answer emails and provide tracking on larger, more valuable stuff
Is this guy ok?
As I paid through PayPal, I can enter a dispute with "Item Not Received" and get reimbursed as I did recently on an unrelated purchase from eBay...I want to give him a chance but there is a time limit so I will be forced to act soon...I would prefer if he just posted the stuff…

Sad story. Plenty of us here has experience the same problems. I bougth a slewgearbox wich was cracked. Daniel (DH Service) on the forum had some real problems with getting what he paid for.
Seems like its not just swedish customers he is treating bad. Its just so stupid behavior.

I will give him until after the holidays as I could do without the hassle, but I have proof of payment and emails from him saying he would post it…
It is enough évidence as he has to provide proof of postage. He will end up getting his paypal account closed which will serve him right.
He should be banned from selling stuff

Just to let you all know, the parts arrived safely and everything looks OK,,,,Postie left the stuff at my sisters (down the street) as I wasn't at home….I must say I'm very relieved, but pleased...

Seem to be...although its Christmas day and I haven't had a chance to examine them properly...will post here again when I start after the holidays...Merry Xmas everyone...
