Hi, I recently bought an h10 that started ok when i bought it and the temperatures where about zero. Unfortunately now the temperatures are in the region of -10C and now there is not even a sound from the starter motor solenoid.
I need to get this machine moving again so i get this thing loaded to an trailer. it is currently located in a quarry some 50 km from my home.
i ordered a factory manual and instruction for this model from this forums shop last weekend but unfortunately they have not arrived yet.
There must be a frozen relay, contact error or starter motor is simply drawing too much current. it does not help that electronics are in poor shape the cab open to elements (and have been at least this winter) and i do not have the schematics for this model.
I found the schematics for an h9 model in this forum that i believe are quite close to right. but only thing so far i have been able to do was burn a whole lot of fuses.
I´m getting tired of doing this the right way and i´m now looking for the relay in the engine compartment that operates the starter so i can hot wire the thing. I can do a proper repair when the machine is at home.
i have checked that the full 24 volts are in the starter bolts but i´m not sure if i have correctly guessed (the red arrow) relay that operates starter motor?
Also it would not hurt to have the correct schematics for this machine.
so any help would be appreciated.
