voltage regulator (for radio) 24 to 12volt + K10 that feeds K1=pre
heating (for cold starting the engine).
It continues in wiring diagram 3 to A3 (central unit) through X42/1 to connection 19 on the computer. ...
Furthermore he says that it is quite difficult to repair electric problems at distance. Measuring and testing is much easier done in real life by the machine.
He also says that there must be other components that do not work such as radio, pre heating, display?
You should also check if there are tension at X6 under the chair.
It is possible that there are a bad connection between F6 och X6.
Anton also says that there are "insticksäkringar" (I cannot translate but it is about fuses that are mounted in some kind of slots) that can be broken. They should be measured at the outputs.
Gonzalo, I totally agre that it is difficult to repair electrics at a distance. We all do what we can but it is very difficult at a distance.
And now some more questions to Anton to clarify:
Tillägg efter 30 minut(er):
Gonzalo, Antons mentions that you have electric schematics on the machine and you could look in them after the connections and components that he mentions. Is there any other functions that don't work anymore? Or has quit working after this happening? All information is valuable since we cant get our hands on your machine.
Probably is the computer blown and the only thing to do if you cant get an electronic specialist to check it but that's probably difficult. Otherwise it seems the only solution is to get an used computer to exchange. Don´t try to swap computer with some off the other machines until you are sure you've gone throw all the other parts with broken fuses, bad alternators and batteries! So you are sure that its only the computer left that's not working!
F6 continues to scheme 2 and connection 4/1:4 -X6 there. Which feeds P1+A9+Voltage
converter 24/12v + K10 Which feeds K1=
Preheating. It goes on to scheme 3 connection A3 (Central Unit) through X42/1 to connection 19 on the ECU.
There is ingoing connections on the main board under the chair, X1-X12 is the incoming feeding to the board. Do you have voltage on those? The wires is connected with M6 nuts into the board so it should be rather easy to spot them!
