Hi to all!
Since it is my first post here, I'll briefly introduce myself.
So, I am from Latvia (Unfortunately, my country is not listed as an option to choose for, so I am using International option instead and google translate for reading this forum) and a new owner of Belos 816 four wheel riding tractor equipped with Onan CCKA engine and the same Fernmo Industri AB cabin as seen in this thread. It is not a very widespread setup, so I decided to post my message here instead of creating a new thread. If it is wrong, please advise, I can make a new entry, of course.
Tractor came from Sweden with Belos snow plow installed. Needs some welding work, blade skid shoes are missing, otherwise looks to be a functional device. Unfortunately, it is the only accessory installed.
The engine needs adjustment, both of ignition breaker points and carburetor, since it is rough running or does not start
The cabin is more or less OK, but needs straightening and replacement of lights (the rear ones are completely broken off, the front ones hardly stay in one piece with the help of duct tape. Also one outer door handle is broken away. Here come my first question: Does anyone recognize from the pictures provided by skopis76, from which vehicles they used lights and handles for installing into these cabins? The cabin heater does not work either, it blows cold air only. The windshield wiper does work, however.
My biggest concern is that I need a 50" mowing deck for it. Other accessories also would be nice to buy, but this one is must. I become member of the mytractorforum.com and posted my need there as well, but there is silence so far. I would prefer to deal with Europe as well, due to astronomic shipping costs and import levies, if imported from the US. The eBay has one listing, but seller has restricted others than US residents to communicate with him, since he will not ship overseas. Could someone, who reads this, advice me were to look for these things in Nordic countries? There should be web pages in existence where people sell and buy things, for example.
I have put three things in one post, namely: introducing myself, having questions about particular tractor, or its cabin and listed the wanted items. This is due to that mister google does not translate this page in full, and I could not find right place where to place different topics. I am sorry for that. Looking for an advice.

Before I start, please let me thank all of those who gave me advises and suggestions earlier. These helped me a lot.

After disassembling the forward clutch I discovered that previous owners did not notice that clutch lining is worn out up to the rivet heads, which made deep groves into the clutch hub. It is cracked also. I did not want to take the transmission apart and made a 5mm thick steel ring on a lathe and attached it to the hub via 8 screws, since I was afraid that welding could damage the seal. I tried to have the screw heads flash with the disc surface and applied thread glue when assembling them in order for them to stay in when tractor will be working and vibrating. Hopefully it will work.

I found a clutch lining in a local tractor shop. Nobody new from which equipment it is coming from. The outside diameter was exactly as needed, the inner one I adjusted on a lathe. It is 2,5mm thinner than original, but was readily available and priced for a couple of Euros. For the set of OEM pieces I will have to pay 90EUR, that includes shipping, however.

You can note that the brake drum was also operated without a brake lining, which cause it to worn down by 4mm. I will need to fix that as well.

The clutch is of standard construction, namely metal (cast iron hub coming out of the transmission box) against friction lining (special friction lining material as typically used on cars, tractors etc.)
They come from the factory with clutch lining glued to the clutch assembly, but when worn out and replaced they are typically riveted instead of glued. There is a 3mm duraluminum spacer installed between the clutch assembly and lining material when rivets are used. The trouble starts when this lining gets worn down up to the rivet heads. Normally, soft materials are used for rivets, like aluminum, brass, copper. But if you go on eBay, you will find these linings to be sold with pull out rivets included. This is wrong rivet type to use. They are never used on cars etc. Yes, they are easier to set in. Even if the rivet material is aluminum, the pull out rivet has a metal core nut, which remains within the rivet after the surplus is pulled away when setting the rivet. This metal insert then causes the damage seen on my clutch hub. The other side shows remains of this duraluminum spacer after the clutch friction lining is completely gone. Since it is a soft material, it copied the surface of clutch hub. This was metal (duraluminum) to metal (cast iron) operation after friction lining was gone.
Sorry for such a long writing, wanted to explain.

Hi!
After spending many hours fixing the tractor, I can finally use it. It is really good snow pushing machine. I am very impressed with it's power. The most of the time was spent to fix ignition system (installed a new 12V high performance ignition coil from Russian car and new points) and to get the carb fixed and ignition timing regulated properly. It runs quite well finally, however, the fuel consumption seams to be huge.

One issue, which I haven't fixed yet is the cabin heater as seen bellow.

The ventilator works, but blows a cold air only. Does anyone has any experience with these heaters? Is there a description or wiring diagram available? Also, how to switch it on in the cabin? I know which knobs operate lights, but there are some of them which does not change anything when operated. Is there a description of this Belos cabin available somewhere? Any advise is very much appreciated.

My local shop did... www.evp.nu ...but they closed in 2016. Went into retirement.

Yes. Hako and Belos cabin heating system was -flaw- .
I do not recall all aspects, but the heater did go bust as did the hoses. The fan did brake often.
Veli (the mechanic running EVP ) said that it is far better rebuilding the heating system and do it -right- .

I know, not much help, merely some reflections...

Hi, there!

Yesterday, after changing cutting knives on my RK126S (got the new ones from Oregon in CA) and various drive belts, I finally got my RK126s running. After entering into tall grass, the mowing deck's slip clutch failed. It took some time for me to understand what exactly happened and why with rotating PTO shaft, mowing deck's knives rotate slowly and finally stop.
After dismantling the unit I found remains of slip clutch lining (#9 Friktionsskiva 20148 in parts diagram), also #1 mutter(16x1mm thread) and #2,3 washer are completely missing.
In this connection I need your advise on the following:
1. What material shall be used for these friction liners? What is their size, most important - their thickness? Can these be manufactured from auto parts (clutch lining)? If they need to be purchased in eBay, what model to look for?
2. My clutch springs after being compressed for many years seem to be out of order, having very small travel distance when tightened. Is there their replacement available in auto parts? What model to look for?

The missing nut (mutter) has a fine thread pitch (M16x1), hard to find. Also washer, which keeps it from loosening up is missing. But these parts I hope I will source locally.

I think that I am not the first one facing the PTO slip clutch friction washers replacement need. Others should have done it before. Please help with your experience sharing.
