Volvo fl 10 pneumautic air problem

Hello,
I had a hobby Volvo fl 10 1997 in the yard over the winter and I started it up, so my tanks do get pressure in circuits 1 and 2 and the brakes are released, but after that there is no pressure in the cabin, e.g. the clutch doesn't work properly, the gears don't engage,no the fog horns , air seat not working, no hydraulics, no air carrier front/rear.

Where would you start looking for a fault? The purpose is to get it moved out of the yard by Midsummer and to put it in good shape after that. I drove it in October, it stopped in place because of the rush and the batteries also died.
Would there be a multi-way valve or similar that does not allow air to pass towards the cabin? I could take pictures of the air system behind the preserved ones there is valves/manifolds/regulators whatever...

OK, it was easy 4-way airvalve and i get cheap replacement parts from estonia only 15e and everything works fine. Truck was without inspection over 10years outside and there is rust and like stuff everywhere....hope i can get back on road....
