shims! 9 seems exceptional, like a former attempt at some sort of correction, and clearly would elevate the points of the knives substantially relative to the bar itself. So i am definitely thinking i need to remove some of them, and wondering ever more what the history of this machine was... is an Aktiv Sprinter more of a light duty machine or something that does
stand up to the test of time and wear?
