Volvo bm 841 problem transmission

I need help for my Volvo lm 841.
I have problem with trasmission.When I put in first gear forward he going normaly,when put in second forward he losing power.
When is in N neutral he going forward.
When put in reverse does not react nothing happen.
On trasmission gauges read high presure over 16 always when engine start and run.
I want to mention that 841 stayed long time over then 6 years.

Check electrical system. Touch and move every fuse. Then follow power from key to gear shifter to gearbox. You have two speed ranges. It might not be first gear. It may be stuck in high range so 3rd gear is moving forward and 4th feels like "losing power".

If it only moves in F1 and with reduced force in F2 but nothing in either R1 or R2 it may be worn out clutch packs. There are four of them, one for each gear. But for three clutch packs to give up at the same time doesn't soun plausible.
I would start looking into the gear lever linkage and the gear selector valve on the transmission. Perhaps some scraps or bad o-rings could cause this, or maybe a sloppy, badly centered gear selector?

Where is position (place) of transmission valve and O-rings.
