What a nice tractor! I get a litle nostalgic when i hear it.
For the PTO there is two levers one for engagiging at the steering column, wich sometimes can take quite log time to engage thus it is hydraulic, up to a minute or moore when freezing cold! Mayby check filter for manouver cirquit. The other lever is on the left side of chair base. It is for choosing dependent(if available), neutral and independent. Check if it is in neutral..
The pto tap is exchangeable. The one not in use is stored in a vault on the right side of gearbox, covered with a romboid tin cover secured with twoo screws. You see it inside right footstep. If you have a 21 splines there and exchange them, the placing of 6 splines in vault makes it shifting gear so the pto turns in 1000 rpm.

I found user manual fo 8045 and tried to engage PTO by instructions written there. I found small lever on the right side of the chair. When i tried to push it back, it makes rrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound, in next position (towards front) nothing happens at all and when i tried to push it further front it simply will not go. I did not try to wait for it to engage, maybe that is the problem. Correct me if I am wrong but i believe that the same pump activates front wheel drive hydraulic clutch and PTO clutch. Front wheel drive works very nice, we tried it by braking and front wheels brake indeed. I thought about some oil problem (clogged filter) but then i thought, if front wheel drive works it meens that the pump provides enough pressure.

Yes it is a wonderfull machine, good old machine made to last far longer than its operator. It just sat there for 5 years and it started in third attempt. First two attempts failed becouse of bad contacts but when i connected the cables directyl to starter inputs it strated sooo nice.

Owned wants 6000 EUR for it, it has also original weights for rear wheels and console/carrier for front loader. If I had money i would gladly gie 5000 eur for it and risk it with eventual PTO problems. Beautifull machine.

I guess you are right about how the hydraulics works. So it propably provides enough pressure. There also is a pink controllight at bottom of tractometer that light if pressure is too low.
Did the rrrrrrrr sound com with lever in position or when u tried to push it in? If when u tried, try with engine of. Otherwise i sadly have no advice.

My latest project, JF manure spreader with 2.6 tons of capacity.It was in bad condition so I did complete restoration.Complete old paint and rust stripping,old flooring removed,chains dissassembled,cleaned in vinegar,oiled.Completely painted,works like a charm (without manure,empty).

Nice work whit the JF and lots of god stuff from ebay

Hi all! Had a quite bad day today,i was cutting wood with my chainsaw and large piece of wood hit me in the head,i thought my eye was gone.Later i continued to work but chainsaw broke too,chain pulley cover broke.I fixed that too,it is not so nice but it works.Tried to split wood but it was way too hot so i went to check some plough i saw on net.It is big Kverneland two harrow reversible.What do you think,is this plough worth saving?It has few bad cracks on chassis,all on or near welds,someone tried to repair them but very bad. There are some parts missing too.Seller wants 500 Eur for it.I have no money right now but i will borrow some and then sell two of my old ploughs and pay back the money then.What is you opinion,should i risk it?This brand is very well known to you.What model is this,there was no modek name on it.

That Plough have had a rough time. but i think you , if anyone, can make it work fine . I think it would fit verry well on a 7045. you must have power for a third bottom but lifting capacity and cuounterweigt fits two bottom i think.

A Zadrugar i guess never been seen i Sweden. I tink it is first time ever i see one.
would be verry interesting to get that one running.

Thank you Bengt!Two bottom is fine for me,it is 2x14",just like blue Howard plough i use now,Zetor pulls it very nicely.I am concerened about weight,thia plough is large and since i can not find out the correct model name,i do not know how much wight it has.I use 2.5 power harrow with Zetor very easy ( and she is very heavy) ,even in steep hill but this plough is very long and much of its mass is far back. I would grind out and re-weld all cracks and damaged old welds with E7018 welding rods,they are good for very stressed joints.

Spontaneous i would say it is a "E" type plow.

No good pictures of E type plow but "your plow" have the older version of turning head that was replaced of type 160.
