Just found much better solution on Youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdZfT4Xq8i0You can see it is very well built, this machine is the real deal. I will try to make this type of machine becouse it it has less parts, it is very simple and should be quite cheaper to built. Only part I would have to buy are two big equal gears and one small
gear (they all have to fit together!) but I believe I can find something like that on
scrapyard. All other parts can be built from scrap parts. I will try to make some simple 3D model during weekend. Every suggestion I receive here is very useful so I'll post every step I make in manufacturing process. It will probably last quite long becouse i have fome financial problems at the moment.
@Magloman
I use only Catia, V5R21 at the moment, will send you 3D model. You will see it is far from perfect, it is very rougly designed becouse it is just an idea.
@Jorgen Ottosson
My idea is to use this machine on site (by
tractor PTO) and to pack material in small bags, like the one that are used to pack potatoes (they are made of thin plastic mesh i believe) becouse those bags are easy to
handle and wood can easily get dry. I also have one 2-takt gasoline engine with 10HP that can be used to power the machine or maybe electric engine too. My basic idea is to use tractor PTO - it woul be the easiest to cut material on site, transporting woul take too long and a lot of heavy labour. Becouse this cutters, especially the type I found (shown in video in this post) does not require a lot of power, I believe that diesel
fuel consumption would be quite modest on my small tractor, IMT 539 (licenced copy od Massey Ferguson 135, built in former Yugoslavia).
