Well, fingers crossed for a nice time with "the Whirlwind" Allover at all times, they are!!!

Was a very looooooooooooooooooooooooong night ---- I did get a bit more sleep than Pam though
Clara slept until about 11pm ..... then fits and starts for the rest of the night

Pam's like a zombie today ..... she went back to bed this afternoon for a few hours and I went and did our fortnightly 'shop' to replenish the fridge/freezer/grub cupboards

Job done for another couple of weeks - hate going into town - too many germ ridden people about

day to ourselves tomorrow --- clara is with daddy all day ... bag lifer coming up .... assuming it is better weather than today

the only redeeming feature about the weather, first thing this morning was ....... it was not ACTUALLY peeing down ....
.......wasn't that far away, looking at the sky, but was still pretty cool, considering the date

deffo not the wall to wall blue sky they forecast for today and tomorrow

apparently about 12 today ---- sun came out, chased the grey skies away and damn me if it didn't get quite warm !!!!!

and then a good fettle, to lose any sharps I've created in the 'nailing together' process.

so shocked to have shirt sleeves temp.s today, I forgot to fit some sleeves to the arms, stitching it all up .... ..... not suffering, but the arms have had enough UV radiation for today ..... and tomorrow

Must remember to put a jacket on next time

I say! That was a jolly good word, "guesstimate"!!! Absolutely Spiffing!! Fits like a glove, it does!!

it's a pretty good description of their forecasting abilities Mags ....
even with multi-millions of pounds worth of equipment, they hardly ever get it right

Can see You´r ceaping You´r hands full.....despite that, what mother nature throws at You .....the spreader bar (I suppose ) seams to be coming a long nicely.

( ...to shift the wood storage bags around ? ....or ? ....bags are nice way to store wood, but why are they made of white plastic, that cant coupe with sunlight ....they ( i.e the wood) need the warmth to dry out, but the bag needs shade to last.... ..... cant get my head around it, why not make them black ( the pigment helping the plastic last in the sun, and helps the wood dry out by attracting the heat )

great idea to have them black Boyo ...... finding them is another matter .... I'd have black ones if I could get them

The spreader has two sets of lift points Jörgen - centre point for light lifts (wood bags, etc.) and outer lift points, for a 4 leg sling/chain set, for much heavier loads, like my bags of stone (there's a LOT in them)
It is a bit of 'overkill' perhaps, but when I make it, it's designed to last and not break

It's sat on a bag today ... awaiting some action, but been busy lopping and chopping all day

spent way too long stood in the sun today not used to it and feeling pretty ropey by 18.00 despite loads of fluids through the day .... been an amazing 23C all day ... another day'll see it all done ----- I hope
If it's this warm again tomorrow, it might be a 'packing day' .... absolutely knackered, now I've recovered from the 'too much sun' ropeyness
